Don earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2002. In order to obtain the CCIM designation, candidates are required to submit a detailed resume of experience, evidence that they have attained sales volumes in the top 5% percentile of their profession, complete 4 graduate level courses and pass an 8 hour comprehensive examination. CCIM’s offer expertise in such issues as the time value of money, measuring investment performance, analyzing the best use of a site, property supply and demand, evaluating and managing risk, lease vs. own analysis, market demographics, negotiation, tax implications and financing options.
